I’m going to put myself on a low-glycemic diet. The effects sugar has on me are too intense. I actually get withdrawals, headaches and massive cravings usually, if I haven’t eaten any sweets in a while. I have no self-control; if I get a bag of candy or chocolate, it will be all gone in an hour or two. I don’t binge on anything else, just sweets.
